The gnu.zip file contains several command line utitilies for Windows 9x and NT/2000. Create a directory to hold the files (e.g. C:\Bin\Gnu\) and download the zip file to the directory.

Go into the directory you created and unzip the files. In order to run these utilities from any directory, you will need to add the directory you created to the Path environment variable. The READ_ME file will explain how to do this along with detailed instructions on how to use these utilities.
